I have a new computer with an NTFS partition and a FAT32 partion to the 160GB SATA HD.

How can I merge all the partitions together as one large hard drive (C drive)?

I have Paragon Partition Manager, it does it, in a simple Merge Wizard. I'm not so sure on doing it with the help of the Paragon software, sorry.

You could use Partition Magic. I don't know if it supports merging partitions of different file systems, but I guess it will.
Always backup your data before merging.

before you merge them, upgrade the fat32 partition to NTFS using convert.exe, then you could use something liek partition magic to merge them.

Try GPartEd. And yes, convert the FAT32 to NTFS first before merging, but I wouldn't recommend merging because you should have 1 partition for the OS and the second for your data is a better idea, what happens when you need to recover and format the OS? See.
