Omg Help!

what about resolution? i had that prob once on my dads puter, putting 1024*768 fixed it, but it still had purple stripes on the taskbar by the clock

I tried everything now, im just gona dump this peice and and start all over, today has taken more nerves out of me then the last 2 years.

Im takeing the machine to my friend shop on monday, finding what part is broken and selling the rest.

I'll wait for the g80 to come out and start again...

I was able to get it working for a bit,

When i enter paint, or msn the parts that are usually white, are white!

This however doesnot work in games...

So far only those two things.

I was able to make an improvment, I grounded a wire outside and went on the gold plated connectors with the other side, the statick is down a bit, but i ordered a 7950x2 as a replacement, Im takeing the 6600GT into a shop to get fixed, then selling it via ebay lol.

ummm, have you checked the cable for your monitor at all? jiggled it? changed it? i dunno.... i'd say your vid card is fried
