do you still have a problem? didnt it go away next time you restarted your computer?
....if your only issue is that you get an error only when you have the game running and your trying to watch a Video... the prob is probably not the computer but instead what your trying to have WIndows do for you.
Do one Resource intensive proccess at a time. (unless you have a Dual-core proccessor)...
...you game usess a lot of Ram and DirectX... and then you open a Video witch usess more Ram and DirectX, and you wonder why you have a problem running them both?
