1.wats the best video card in pci-e slot that have price ranging from $40-$60?

2. In relation to my question above, which among the two have slight advantage on each other?

Inno3D GeForce 7300GS

or

Powercolor X550EZ?

3. And a follow up question that I want to know from you guys...In this current times, which video card manufacturer have better gfx cards? Nvidia or ATi? I read reviews regarding bugs on ATi cards but I need a very satisfactory proof before believing..

the answers to questions 2 & 3 are purely a matter of your opinion. ati and nvidia each have their ups and downs. it's simply which brand you prefer to the other.

ATI's tend to cost more money, while NVidia's are cheaper and perform better.
