CD to MP3

Whats the best program to convert CD tracks to MP3 files.

does it matter how much it costs? I find EasyCD-DA Extractor easy and effective with CDDB functionality. also if you have WinAmp, thgere's a plugin for that..

I'm thinking a couple of things...

1. MusicMatch Jukebox. Works well, and doesn't drain a lot of resources. Also has an input for the microphone/other ports of the like.

2. Windows Media Player. Works well, but you've got to set it to record to Mp3. Also can be heavy on resources.
