Theres nothing wrong with OEM. The retail just comes with a manual I think. And what connection....IDE, SATA?

Yea that is a nice chioice. Seagates is a good company. Well it matters which one you have on your motherboard, all current mobos have both. But go with SATA because it's faster and newer.

i have both so it really doesnt matter right now i have a 80 gig IDE its seagate but since my other HD burned which was 200 gigs i want another one yeah sata is better
