those are only good if they are in like a laptop, if you have one in yourdesktop you shoudl be ashamed to play fear

Also, if he's upgrading to a 9550, he would have AGP... so if he has AGP, then this would be a good 100 dollar card for him.. It's open box though.. :|

Don't get a 9550, unless you want to be like me and run Prey on 600x480 or whatever resolution with all sliders on low setting. I'm on a 9600. A friend of mine was running an x850XT a year ago and he was doing ok with it, but I think he got rid of it.

i dont buy via internet (am not a us resident .. if i buy via internet it will cost me triply the price on the internet) !!
i want a vedio card that i can play med/high setting for the latest games .. i can pay more that 150$ thats for sure.. but i dont want to spend too much !!!
