1. Which do you guys think is a better setup? (Mostly going to be used for gaming)
2. Would you change anything?
3. Are the parts all 100% compatable (I've been browsing these forums quite often recently and i believe they are compatable)
4. I dont know much about a power supply so i was wondering if anyone could suggest any for me
5. I wanted one optical drive, but (like above) i have no clue on how to choose one

I already have my hard drive and my budget is $800 (but very flexible)
Any help would be greatly appreciated

I dont care what anyone thinks AMD is the best! Cheaper, one of my freinds work for them. So I have had my good shares with bringing in 5 diff proccesors trying out.

1) the intel build is better
2) perhaps..
3) yes they seem to be compatible
4) mid range = fsp fortron 450watt, mid-high range = antec 550 watt true power 2.0
5)meh, doesn't really matter.. they say nec and lite-on are pretty good...

i'd wait until the sapphire x850xt pe cards come back in stock and then get one of those. when they were in stock they were the same price as an x850xt.
