OC causes problems with my gfx?

I overclocked my CPU to ONLY 2.15 Ghz from the stock 2.0

and now when I watch some videos, the color is purple. Is it because my vid card is overheating? I've heard you can clock these babies up to 2.4 on a stock hs+fan without effecting anything else. What gives?

run a program called prime95 for a couple hours to see if its stable if you havent already.

Run In Large FFTs for a couple hours. For the video card I think there are guides to use a program called coolbits but I havent had a nvidia card for a while and cant really help you out.

thanks guys. Anyone else have any more helpful opinions? I ran prime95 for 6 hours and it detected no errors.
