xp pro or xp pro x64

Just get xp pro, because theres not much support for x64...like drivers.

If you plan on upgrading to Vista, go for the cheapest route, a OEM copy of XP home.

definitely don't go with X64, it has poor driver support and not many applications.

your signature is too large i suggest you change it to one that is a maximum of 468x120 pixels if you wish to keep it.

I guess the increase in the amount of RAM it can use which is 128GB of physical memory? Where the regular 32-bit goes up to 4GB but can only efficiently handle 2GB.
