changing addresses in MS Outlook 2000

Hello

I am using Micorosoft Outlook 2000 and i am trying to change the "auto recognise To, CC, BCC filler", i dont know what it is called.

waht i mean is that say i have a contact tom selleck, and i sent him an email to tom_selleck@rocketmail.com, outlook remembers that, so whenever i type in tom selleck, it automatically fills in tom_selleck@rocketmail.com, however now i want to change tom selleck's address to tom.selleck@myorganisation.com

how can i change the email address?

this is 2k3. I checked for auto fill in 2k, but couldn't find it.
