I hear alot of good things about the Gigabyte DS3 motherboard. Other then that nice picks.

Well, I wouldn't suggest that motherboard unless you're going to go SLI, which a 7950GX2 basically is anyhow, if you go with a regular motherboard, that opens up alot more options, DS3 is nice, heard alot of good things about the ASUS P5W64 WS Professional

Though it may be a bit out of your price range, just a suggestion, 975X chipsets tend to work better with actual Conroes, as in e6600/e6700/x6800, as opposed to 965X's working better with Allendales (e6300/e6400)

Where is your case, soundcard, and power supply? Everything else looks good though. It will be a great system for gaming.

Im gonna use my old case an psu, its a neon thing with a 500w psu so it should be enough.
