My computer decided it wanted to die after about two years (either the cpu or mobo). It's an old socket A so I'm going to upgrade to a socket939. I just built my girlfriend a nice computer, so I'm just going to build a temporary one for myself for the time being. I was going to get a Athlon 64 3200+, but then I saw another cpu for like $7 more but some reviews said it will only work with a server mobo. Anyway, here are the cpu and mobo I want to get, will they work together?

I realize that the Athlon 64 3200+ is 2.0GHz and the other is 1.8GHz, but the one I want to get has 1MB cache. Oh, and I picked that mobo so I can still use my AGP video card.
