Lately, I've been getting these weird beeps that make the PC seem to freeze. Just a while ago, I was encoding a movie from divx to dvd, using VSO and the computer just beeped and turned off. I couldn't even turn it back on. I had to turn on/off the PSU several times and unplug my outlet. Then it hesitated, but turned on. What could be the problem? These things started to occur when I changed my PSU from a 350watt to 500watt (Ultra Xfinity). These beeps don't always turn the PC off as well. It only happened once. It beeps, something stops spinning, and then starts to spin again. I have no clue what it could be. The PC seems to not work when it beeps, then once it starts up again it works fine. Any ideas on the problem? What could cause that beep?

That doesn't really answer my question. It has nothing in there about beeps, and the computer freezing from them. Anyway, here's a clip of what the beeps sound like:
(The computer did NOT reboot in this clip) You can hear the 1st beep at about 11 second mark, and the second at the 18 second mark.
