Quick AMD Question

I recently bought the new "CoolIT Freezone CPU Cooler", and it says on manual If I have AMD Cool n' Quiet enabled, I have to disable for Freezone to work better.

I remember seeing on my Asus CD something about AMD Cool n' Quiet but I didn't install it.

My question is, does AMD Cool N' Quiet comes already INSTALLED and I have to disable it in the Bios?

if you built your computer.. it usually never comes with it on.. and some times you even have to install cool and quiet... but i would check the bios just to be 100% sure and on the safe side

I've tried to make Cool & Quiet work on mine before and I never could get it to work.

I don't think that it even works. lol
