xeon is a server prossesor and it has quad core

actually it is not entirely true to say that it is impossible to install an AMD processor on an Intel motherboard, however it has been true for about 10 years. in the Pentium days both the AMD K5/K6 and Pentium shared Socket 7. for a great deal of time though that has no longer been the case.
