This is a nice video of Jackie Chan... what software do you think the creator of this video used? I am an amateur when it comes to video editing but I am eager to learn, thanks... BTW I use Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0 now...

did you see the effects when jackie punches one of the guys in the back and the color becomes "inverse"? that's really cool, can Adobe Premiere do that?

movie producer use hardware to encode. they probably use adobe to configure as adobe is is one rare software that control most hardware encoders

hardware give you precise an accurate video. software editing is cpu dependent and unreliable from a prefession standpoint. most people here haven't heard of hardware encoders because professional one start at 3 grand and up (you can buy some for 600-1000.00)

from another post. check out the last link

not free but cce (cinema craft encoder) is the best software encoder.

Hardware encoders like the one for Osprey, Opticast and Canibus are the best period. but they are expensive

Real Hardware encoders. better picture and encoding times. very little cpu usage. these would produce the same great result on a 100 mhz computer. they are expensive but not on ebay.
