PC wont start

Hello.
A prolem with my PC occoured yesterday. I start it.. it like turns on but nothing happens. The monitor stays blank (green light is blinking), mouse and keyboard dont work. I can only open/close the cd-rom. 1st time this happens to me. Any ideas?

so it turns on fans and everything?

Then I would try a different monitor first to see if that's the problem.

If it still doesn't work try a different graphics card.

yes, fans and everyting are working.. maybe it is the graph card then.. have been having problems with that.

Hm i tested the monitor, its working fine.
I removed the graph card and tried to use the onboard video card but it gave me the same crap.. So its not the graph card and not the monitor :/ Something just doesnt let the pc start any software.. :/
