Windows Xp install formatting HELP

i am intsalling windows xp onto my computer ive gotten past the partitions and everything buy now im at the formatting the drave that the xp is going itno it gives me 4 selections on how i want to format the drive
NTFS (quick)
FAT (quick)
NTFS
FAT
which do i choose i have no idea about this plz help

NTFS, for sure. NTFS quick format doesn't even erase files really, it just basically makes them invisible.

NTFS will take a really long time to format, NTFS takes 1 minute to format.


FAT is just too old.

go for NTFS u will loose some features if u install win xp on a fat32 !!
NTFS slow but really better ..
NTFS quick is bad and dont really erase anything like what my bro WorldIndustries said , and theres a slight chance that u will make bad sectors in ur hard disk ..
