Im looking to fit an AMD 4200 X2 processor to the Socket AM2 version but have read some things about memory compatability. I currently like the look (and price) of Kingston's 2x1Gb ValueRAM so does anyone know if these will work together. The specs all match up other than the mb has an 800mhz frequency but the memory sticks only run at 533mhz - will this be an issue?
That is my primary concern, but i also have an old GeForce 4 MX400 graphics card i may throw in there to stop onboard graphics thieving my memory, but is that going to work with it being quite old? I dont plan on gaming/graphic design so i will use the onboard sound, am i better off using the onboard graphics too? My primary (read: only) need for this is something that can run multiple tasks and will never bog down
