Creating a Mass Mailing List in Microsoft Office Outlook

On a weekly basis I have to manually email hundreds of emails to people at my business reguarding changes and just general information. What I'm looking for is a way to automate the whole thing because it can take hours at a time to do. Is there a way I can setup a mass mailing list in Microsoft Office Outlook? The subject would have to be the same but I would like to have it personalized. How would I set that up?

if you are using active directory at your business then just create a distro group and add those users to it, then we you go to mail something to all these ppl you just email it to "group1" or whatever you wanna name it and it will send the mail to all the ppl that are members of that distro group.
