GeForce 7600 GT giving trouble?

I have been having trouble with my computer lately, I have acquired a "GeForce 7600 GT (OC)"
And I have acquired a game named Fable The Lost Chapters. The two seem not to like each other. Are there any Patches or does anyone have any info on my troubles?

Tell me what's the rest of your system. I have a geforce 7950. But I was just playing Quake 4 and it randomly closed on me.
