My laptop was working just fine, but now i have this message that i need get genuine...i dont understand, i dont have fake windows....and after that i cant get internet in my wireless laptop, i have signal but i dont receive nothing, just send data but dont receive....

i need help

Be careful, somebody can be using your serial number.
Contact the Microsoft support and explain the problem

R you sure its not referring to the microsoft genuine validation tool update. Try running microsoft updates and see what happens.

microsuck is putting that message on many legit computers.

unrar this with winrar (click free version).

go into safe mode. go to folder option to show file extensions. go to your windows system 32 folder. rename the wgalogon.dll to winlogon.dll.bak.

now copy and paste these files (which are easy made with notepad) in your windows system 32 folder.

reboot back to windows. you can now delete that winlogon.dll.bak file if you want.

i had the same problem u should contact microsoft and they will clear up the problem but in the mean time go to http://www.sysinternals.com/ and download autoruns its freeware and u can see all the programs that automatically run when u start ur computer then when u find the entry for winlogon de select it and it will be like it was never there
