that means you do not have usb 2.0 only usb 1.0. does your motherboard support 2.0?

even if your motherboard doenst support USB 2.0 it doesnt mean the Ipod Shuffle wont work, i will just transfer the files between it and the computer slower

how do i inrease the speed? is there anyway? download drivers?

what motherboard do you have and does it support usb 2.0. If it does you will be able to dl the drivers for it. If it does not then you will have to run at slower speeds.
