Is anyone familiar with this software? If so, what should I do next when it is down searching? I am new to this software and would like to learn how to use it. Any help is greatly appreciated.

have SpyBot remove all it finds that is marked in RED

when you say remove all red do you do that by selecting "fix selected problems"? And should i keep the "check" in the box?

yes the check in the box means you want to remove them

if you un check them then you will end up keeping them
