what do you think my budget is $200 my mom is buying it for me because i cant fit my crt monitor in my room at my aunts place.

Also she wants me to get a sony or LG monitor but i dont like LGs prices or sonys this looks like the best bang for the buck.
Anyone used acer monitors before?

Thats a pretty good moniter, that will do just fine but have to make sure that your video card has DVI oyt puts not just VGA i belive that moniter uses DVI

Acer is a good brand. I've used many Acer monitors and have never hada problem.

Yea i used to have a Acer Extensa 2300 Lc laptop and i dropped it of roof of my car ( I was resting it on there when I was locking the door lol) and apart from a few scratches it was fine. Worked perfectly

Well i already bought it i can always return it but yes i do have dvi i made sure of that.

and fastrandstrongr dont call a brand **** and not give a reason it dosnt make you look very smart.Follow the three posts above you those helped yours took up space.

oooook.... i dont know how many of you have heard the quote "its THE stuff" but its a positive quote, not a diss. please read on:

example 1: my computer is the sh!t because it rocks.
example 2: my acer monitor is also the sh!t.

Suggestion: perhaps learn about modern society's catch-phrases?
