crossfire +1 card!?!

ok i havent completed my crossfire system yet as i am going to oc my 1900 to ~ the 1950 mastercard clock rate. BUT i am reading on Ati's site that you can have a 3rd card in a pci slot as a Physics proc unit. they have the ageia standalone unit but i dont wanna shell out that much if i can get a 256mb rather than a 128 for a fraction of the cost. the ageia physix version is like 300 but i can pick up a 9250 pci versoin for way cheaper. i have been looking up and down for more info on this but to no avail.

any suggestions/comments are helpful.

the 9250 would have nowhere near the PPU power of the Ageia unit. if it did then rather than manufacture a seperate unit Ageia would not have come to the forefront rather nVIDIA and ATI would just rebadge their old models

Plus physics cards are only good for games that support them.
