Odd in-game problems on all games

wat ever megabytes u hav on ur graphics card set it to BIOS
lets say u hav a 256mb or watever set to 256mb in the BIOS so its goin to be easier for ur computer to recognize it

I don't think that a temperature of ~ 63 degrees load should ever be a problem for a x1900xt. I don't really know what is causing the stuttering, but It will likely cause me to stop using the card if it doesn't stop.

No ideas? A cpu load of 44 degrees and a gpu load of 65 is nothing that would cause performance issues with a x1900xt.

Edit: The GPU's load temperature is actually 70 degrees. By ALt-tabbing out of WOW I was giving the gpu too much time to cool down, but by using 3d view in ATI tool I gained a better measurement.
