The type of cord you're talking about is S-Video. You'd find better brands and prices at newegg.com. I recommend you not go for the cases with power supplies, as they're not reliable.

Well first of post your specs I cant help you If i dont know what your parts are. You picked a Skt 775 Mobo. If your Cpu isnt 775 then it wont work. Post you specs and i will get back to you.

if you go with a celeron make sure the s775 motheboard you get is Core 2 compatible. it may cost you a fair bit more for the board but it will make future upgrades a lot cheaper
