memory and Mobo voltage question?

I have finally made my purchase of an E6300 and related parts, all are on the way and should arrive in the next day or 2.

I bought:
Gigabyte DS3 mobo
GeIL 1GB (2x512mb) DDR2 800 dual channel CAS4

Now the DS3 mobo says it supports memory of 1.8v and the GeIL memory is 2.1v, is this gonna cause a problem or will it work out??

Any help for this OCing newb is appreciated!!!

They will work but not at the speed they are meant to be at.
