Outlook 2003 - Auto Address

Hi,

Whenever I try to send a message via Microsoft Outlook 2003 the Auto address feature is not working properly. If I start to type an email address it will not automatically display a list of contacts that it could possibly be. If I enter the email address fully, it will remember it next time I email that person. However, if I log off the name isn't saved and I have the same problem again.

I have gone to Tools --> Options --> E-mail Options --> Advanced Email Options and made sure the options 'Automatic name checking' and 'suggest names while completing To, CC and Bcc fields' is checked.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what it could be as I'm testing it with a test account and it works fine, just not mine.

You don't by any chance be running any temp cleaner like CCleaner or Window Washer do you?

Thats what I would guess is doing it ^^^ this is why I "check names" on my entire company address book often..that and to keep it up to date..I mean really who wants to manually surf the GAL?
