ok thanks cause i plan on playing crysys with a good fps on medeum settings if im lucky i was considering a new mobo so i can go sli but i dont know how to repair all my files when i put my new mobo in cause last time i did i lost everything on my hd wich sucked

No, but a good quality PSU will make your system more stable.

PSU would be my first choice then move up to a 2gig kit in dual chanel if possible. Dont see any reason to upgrade mobo yet to tell you the truth.
