high color 16 help

I have lost high color 16.All i have in the highest (32 bit) and Medium 16 bit).Can someone help me get it back??

I already uninstalled and reinstalled my graphics controller.That did not do the trick.

y do you need high 16, just use 32

AFAIK, there's no such thing as "high-color 16-bit." 16 bit is medium, 32 is high.
