Intel BIOS Settings...?

I bought an Intel mobo... DG965RY. It came with a great graphical poster, but no manual. So, there are a few bios settings that I need some help identifying exactly what they do. Am I posting this in the correct place? Any help?

I'll list the menu choice first, then the setting, then I'll list the available options for that setting - where the one bolded is the one that was selected by default.

If the bold ones are how they are set, then that is what you want.

Well I'd like to know what they mean. Especially automatic fan detection - and why it's disabled. The default values aren't always the best.

It probably just has to do with system fan speeds or something. If it runs who cares

BTW Im guessing its all good although we need the system specs.
