Download a program called Speedfan, the link is right here. This is a handy program, being that you can monitor the temperatures of your CPU, Northbridge, etc.. You can also change the speeds of the fans to adjust the temperatures accordingly.

As far as I know it, RAM doesn't have dedicated thermal diodes to measure its temperature...
