is this a good/decent gaming rig?

i have a friend who is selling a pc, and i want to buy it, take the monitor, and then sell it to my friend for a lil less. the price my friend wants for it is $500, but i may be able to go down to 475, then sell it to my other friend for 400. is this a good pc for gaming?

seems pretty good for me, a complete system less monitor which i will take

probably play just cs:s and wow, and my friend has plans to upgrade cpu to x2 3800

If that proc really is an athlon xp 2500+ it's socket A, they don't make Athlon 64 or 64x2 procs in socket A, only 754 and 939. He won't be able to upgrade it.....
Seems like a fine deal tho if you're not expecting the best of the best. Should play cs:s and similar games well especially with a graphics card that nice.

he might upgrade the cpu and mobo then, but other than the processor(which im sure he could get by for a while playing games) its a good deal for 475 hunsky?
