Problem sending email Outlook.PLEASE HELP :(

I set my outlook express 6 email to a squarrilmail account and I keep getting the same error message. I don't have any problem receiving emails just sending. I can't get any support from my web guy so I figured I'd give you guys/gals a shot.

Heres the error messsage

The connection to the server has failed. Account: '####.*****', Server: '11.1111.11', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

I edited the acount and ip adress

Who's your Internet provider?

The Outgoing (SMTP) server might require authentication.
If you are using Outlook, you should check the box 'My server requires authentication' in the account setting.

If you are behind a firewall or personal firewall, try lowering the security or disabling it to see if it is causing the issue.

The Outgoing (SMTP) server might NOT require authentication.
If you are using Outlook, you should UNCHECK the box 'My server requires authentication' in the account setting. And turn off SSL if the email server doesn't support it. You should ask your ISP.
