to shave the price, i would get cheaper ram and mobo, but im not responcible for malfunctions, LOL
jk you can really save if you do that, like just get a gig of what you were gonna get then buy the 2nd gig if you really think its necesary, i run 1 gig no problem

i paid $112 for my WD 320 hdd, without any savings, it shouldnt be that expensive

o and look at the 7950gt now i think its the same price, but maybe its out of stock now

woah theres a sick xfx 7950 thats outta stock its all black and cool, try and wait for that one, it has a insane heatsink

and as for RAM, i cant decide between these 4 brands...

which do you think is better? i was sorta leaning towards the Gskill or Kingston

and for the harddrive, your right, i can get the same one for 50 bucks cheaper

i heard asus mobo's don't overclock well.. so if you plan on overclocking.. don't grab that

Man I hate it when that happens.

Anyway I highly recommend EVGA 7900GT. It overclocks well and is a step above the 7800GTX which doesn't perform the greatest.

gskill, you wont be disappointed

the motherboard never matters,
just get the slots and socket you need, there is alot of overpricing just for like extra usb's, crappy slow wifi, and extra overclocking programs, which there are ALWAYS better ones online, and your bios of course

ok, i chose the G.Skill 1Gb RAM, saved me $125 from buying the 2Gb. so, everything in my build should be ready to buy, right?
