Alright, I'm trying to boot up an old Compaq Deskpro PD1000, I have had it booted up before, but after about a month of not messin' with it, I can't boot it up. I can't get the monitor to turn on, the harddrive's/cd drives do turn on, but not the monitor, I'm thinkin' it's the Matrox G400 video card? I can't get into it to arrange my BIOS or anything, any ideas on how to fix it?

does it have onboard video and a display card? if so, just move the cable from the card to the mobo one. otherwize that, reset ur bios, and if still no, then remove everything but the ram and cpu, and video card if it dont got onboard and try to boot. if it does, add one peice of hardware until it boots. if it dont boot, try swithcing the ram around

No, it only has a card, no onboard. I have reset the BIOS, took everything off, placed it back in, nothin' still.
