Random Shut downs?

Total Phys Mem - 512


Hi, I have a friend who's computer keep shutting down during typing msword documents.

He checked the system info to get the above info. He also got the followiung message.

"The following files will be included in the error report - C:\docume~1\RogerL~1\Locals~\Temp\C892_accompat.txt

Tray application has encountered a problem and needs to close."

Can anybody help with this? Thanks in advance.
