System 1 is the one I'll go for unless you can swap the 2 7600's for a 7900.

nerdsrope order the parts off of newegg, call some local computer stores and ask them how much they'd charge you to build it, you will get more for your dollar this way and won't get stuck with a cheap motherboard, psu, ram, whatnot.
