New Spyware Program

Since when are these spyware programs warez?

Iv used spyware terminator seemed ok but wasn't sure it would be 100% reliable as Iv never seen it mentioned or recommended much.

Warez how do you rate it? worth using? i normally stick with ad aware, spybot, windows defender and xoftspy. I only use others in extreme circumstances if the problem cant be fixed with those.
