Overclocking a sempron 3400

Hi,
I'm completely new to overclocking and i want to learn how to speed my pc up.I need a really basic step to step guide of how to do it . I wana overclock a sempron 3400 .
My specs are :
Asrock K8NF4G-SATA2
Sempron 3400 @ 2ghz (socket 754)
1 GB DDR Ram
350w PSU
7600 GS GPU

hmm, you might get to 2.2 maybe 2.4 cause the Semprons arent exactly the best overclockers but they go a couple hundred MHz
