I don't know what i did.. But i recieve a message everytime i close my Browser...

Try a repair of the browser. This is the link for XP repair:

If not, try system restore. Seen this happen from Browser Helpers and toolbars. Poorly writen they can screw IE up when removed.

Yeah that's the IE service that runs when ya go to the Internet, Do like Kill says, Sounds like something got corrupted Dude.
