When my computer boots up, there's no screen that shows the frequencies and such, like how fast my memory is running at, and my processor, it just boots up to the screen with the ide devices, then Windows... Is there a setting in the BIOS to enable it? My mobo is a Biostar M7NCD-Ultra, with Pheonix Award BIOS, thanks...

Most motherboards have a diagnosis boot option, if enabled will show that extra information. Check your motherboard manual, under bios settings.

Nothing of that sort in my BIOS... the only this is BIOS System Cacheable... any other ideas?

You can always get a hardware monitoring program that you can run in windows to find that information out. Or you can see if a bios revision is avalable, maybe a new version includes this little feature.
