This ram with this mobo

I've decided to get an E6400 with gig ds3 mobo and OCZ PC6400/DDR2 800 Platium 4-5-4-15...

Like my subject line, with this ram and with that mobo, is that a good combo as far as in comaptiablity and OCing ? I want to get my E6400 to 3.0ghz...what do you think, is it possible with these hardware ? ?

For cooling I'll stay stock and change to Zalman 9500 later on when I get close to my goal clock speed....
