I have the X850 XT PE, it's pretty good. I still haven't tested it out with games though.

I'm crossfiring it though, once I upgrade my mobo.

Yikes, now I'm getting confused, lol.

So is this other card better than the 7600GT? Anything where I can run most games at highest settings without many problems.

Also, I hear there are next-gen cards coming out in like two months, so will those be massively expensive? Will they drive down the prices of the cards they have now?

x850 xt pe can be competitive if it was crossfired.

in my view, and yes it's a very good budget card
