Transfer Active Directory in 2003 Server To new Box

I'm trying to copy from One server to a new hardware set as my current setup is failing (Bad Voltage regulator or something).

I've tried doing a partial system State restore, and Also moving files manually with little luck..

I'm trying to Mainly get my active directory/certificates(User Hash for Shared Home folder privs) settings over

Any help would be <3'd

Yes we can do this..have you ever performed a migration before? I need to know what I am working with before I start getting nerdy and technical..lol.

install a second AD server

Transfer roles to new server. remove old server by running DCpromo.exe (on old server)

turn off old server. Thats it.
