ok im putting my mobo in and i put the little copper mounts that the skrews go in ... no i put the mobo on top of this and then my skrews came with some spacers of some sort.. i put these between the skrew head and the mobo... is that correct? like this Case>BRASS MOUNT THING>MObo>spacer>skrew

I usually just go Case>brass spacer>mobo>screw

You can use the other spacer, if you want. I haven't really seen to much usefullness to them.

Make sure you stop screwing them in when you feel resistance. If you tighten it to much, you can wreck the board.

yeah i stopped asap went it got tight... but they arnt brass spacers they are like a paper thing?

You don't even need the "paper" things. Don't worry about them.
