I have a low eyesight, and I am struggling with my computer because of that. I want the "tahoma" fonts to show a thicker size, how can I do that. I saw one thread here that has a picture of his desktop, and I can see clearly the fonts. Also, I dont want to lower my desktop resolution, any suggestions? Thanks!!!
